Your membership gives you access to the platform and its
opportunities. It does not guarantee that you will earn money.

VitalClik allows members to create monetized links and
share them with other people.

When eligible visitors use your links and their activity
meets our validation requirements, you may earn from valid clicks.

The best way is to share useful or interesting content that gives
people a genuine reason to follow your link.

You can promote relevant monetized links through:

• Blog posts and helpful articles
• YouTube videos and tutorials
• Social media content
• Useful guides and educational resources
• PDFs, ebooks and checklists you are allowed to share
• Software, app or online-tool recommendations
• WhatsApp and online communities where relevant sharing is permitted

The key is to give people a genuine reason to click
instead of simply asking them to click your link so that you can earn.

For example, instead of posting:
“Please click my link so I can earn,”
create useful content and direct interested people to a relevant
resource through your monetized link.

VitalClik’s Digital Skills Academy also provides
training in areas such as content creation, social media marketing,
affiliate marketing and other digital skills that can help you build
an audience and attract genuine traffic.

Important: Do not use spam, bots, fake traffic,
click exchanges, repeated self-clicking, misleading methods or other
artificial ways of generating clicks. Only valid activity that meets
VitalClik’s requirements may qualify for earnings.

The amount paid for a valid click may depend on the current
Link Earnings rate and other applicable rules.

The current earning rate will be displayed within the
relevant Link Earnings section of VitalClik.

Yes.

The current Link Earnings limit is
₦2,000 per day per member.

This means the maximum amount you can currently earn from
Link Earnings in one day is ₦2,000.

The current limit is displayed on the Link Earnings page
and may be updated when necessary.

No.

Only clicks that meet VitalClik’s validation requirements
qualify for earnings.

Fake, automated, manipulated, repeated or other invalid
activity may be rejected and will not qualify for payment.

You should not click your own links for the purpose of
generating earnings.

You must also not use bots, automated tools, click exchanges
or other methods designed to artificially increase your
Link Earnings.

Such activity may result in earnings being rejected,
restricted or other action being taken on the account.

Not every recorded visit will necessarily qualify as a paid click.

VitalClik may check traffic to determine whether a click
meets the applicable earning requirements before approving
the earnings.

Every eligible member can receive a unique referral link.

You can share your referral link with people who may be
interested in joining VitalClik.

You earn a referral commission when someone uses your
referral link, registers and completes a qualifying
membership payment.

VitalClik operates a
direct affiliate referral program,
not a multi-level marketing system.

Referral commissions are based on qualifying direct referrals
according to the current affiliate program rules.

Affiliate earnings depend on successful qualifying referrals.
VitalClik does not guarantee that a member will make referrals
or earn a particular amount from the affiliate program.

The Digital Skills Academy is VitalClik’s learning section.

It provides training designed to help members develop

Topics may include content creation, CapCut video editing,
AI video creation, affiliate marketing, social media marketing,
YouTube monetization, WordPress, Canva, ChatGPT,
online advertising and other digital skills.

No. The VitalClik Digital Skills Academy may contain a combination
of original VitalClik materials and educational resources curated
from legitimate third-party online sources.

Third-party videos, tutorials and other resources remain the
property of their respective creators, publishers or rights holders.
VitalClik does not claim ownership of third-party content simply
because it is organized, embedded or linked through the Academy.

VitalClik may organize and curate these resources to make useful
educational content easier for members to discover and follow as
part of their learning experience.

If you are a content creator, copyright owner or authorized
representative and have a concern about content featured through
VitalClik, you can submit a copyright or content removal request.

VitalClik respects the intellectual property rights of creators
and will review legitimate requests in accordance with our
Copyright & Content Removal policy.

Courses included as part of your VitalClik membership can
be accessed according to the membership and course-access
rules displayed on the platform.

If VitalClik introduces a course, service or product that
requires a separate payment in the future, the price will
be clearly stated before purchase.

VitalClik may add, update, replace or remove training
materials as the Academy develops and digital tools change.

VitalClik provides access to earning opportunities, but

we do not guarantee that you will earn a specific amount
of money.

Your actual earnings depend on factors such as valid link
activity, qualifying referrals, participation and compliance
with VitalClik rules.

Yes.

Earnings may be reviewed or verified before they become
eligible for withdrawal.

This helps VitalClik identify invalid activity, errors,
abuse or other activity that does not meet the applicable
earning requirements.

Eligible earnings can be withdrawn according to the
withdrawal options, minimum withdrawal amount, schedule
and other requirements displayed within your VitalClik account.

Where earnings require verification or transfer between
available wallets before withdrawal, the applicable
instructions will be displayed on the platform.

A withdrawal may require additional review if there is
suspected invalid activity, incorrect information, a
technical problem or another issue requiring verification.

VitalClik may also reject earnings that were generated
through activity that violates the platform rules.

Available payment methods will be shown during checkout.

Payment options may depend on the payment service providers
currently supported by VitalClik.

First, confirm that the payment was successfully completed.

If your payment was successful but your membership was not
activated, contact VitalClik Support and provide your
registered email address, payment amount, transaction date
and transaction reference where available.

Never send your password, OTP or card PIN to VitalClik Support.

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the
payment and the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have a genuine
payment problem, contact VitalClik Support.

Members should use their accounts according to the account
rules stated in our Terms and Conditions.

Creating multiple accounts to manipulate earnings, referrals,
limits or other platform features is not permitted.
