VitalClik respects the intellectual property rights of creators, publishers,
educators and other rights holders.
Some educational materials available through the VitalClik Digital Skills
Academy may be curated from legitimate third-party online sources. Such
third-party content remains the property of its respective creators,
publishers or rights holders.
VitalClik does not claim ownership of third-party content merely because
it is organized, referenced, embedded or linked through the platform.
If you are a copyright owner, content creator or authorized representative
and believe that content appearing through VitalClik infringes your rights
or should not be included on our platform, you may submit a content removal
request using the process below.
1. Our Approach to Third-Party Content
The VitalClik Digital Skills Academy may contain a combination of original
VitalClik materials and educational resources from third-party sources.
Third-party resources may include:
- Educational videos
- Tutorials
- Articles and guides
- External websites or learning resources
- Embedded media
- Links to third-party content
Where third-party material is used, VitalClik aims to respect the rights
of the original creator, publisher and hosting platform.
2. Ownership of Third-Party Content
Copyright and other intellectual property rights in third-party materials
remain with their respective owners.
Displaying, organizing, referencing, linking to or embedding third-party
content through VitalClik does not transfer ownership of that content
to VitalClik.
Nothing on VitalClik should be interpreted as a claim that VitalClik created
or owns third-party material unless we expressly identify it as our own.
3. Embedded and Linked Content
Some third-party resources may be accessed through embedded players,
external links or other functionality provided by third-party platforms.
Where content is hosted by an independent third-party platform, that
platform and the relevant rights holder may control the continued
availability of the content.
A video, tutorial or other resource may therefore become unavailable if
it is removed, restricted, made private or otherwise changed by its creator,
rights holder or hosting platform.
4. Reporting a Copyright Concern
If you believe that material available through VitalClik infringes your
copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a copyright
or content removal request to:
Email:
support@vitalclik.com
You may use the subject line:
Copyright / Content Removal Request.
5. Information to Include in Your Request
To help us identify and review the content, please provide as much of the
following information as reasonably possible:
- Your full name.
- Your email address or other appropriate contact information.
- If you are acting for another person or organization, the name of
the rights holder you represent. - A description of the copyrighted work or other protected material
you believe is affected. - The URL of the VitalClik page where the material appears.
- The title or other information that will help us identify the
specific video, image, article, tutorial or other material. - Where available, a link to the original or authorized source of
the content. - A brief explanation of why you believe the content infringes your
rights or should be removed. - Information reasonably demonstrating that you are the rights holder
or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
6. Good-Faith Statement
Please include a statement confirming that you have a good-faith belief
that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright
owner, its authorized representative or otherwise permitted by applicable law.
You should also confirm that the information provided in your request is
accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are the rights holder
or are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
7. Our Review Process
After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright or content removal request,
VitalClik may review the relevant material, page, source and information
provided by the requester.
Depending on the circumstances, we may:
- Request additional information.
- Temporarily restrict access to disputed material while reviewing it.
- Remove or disable access to the material.
- Replace an affected Academy resource with another appropriate resource.
- Remove an embed or external link.
- Contact the person or source associated with the material where appropriate.
- Take another reasonable action based on the circumstances.
Submitting a request does not automatically establish infringement.
VitalClik may review the information available before determining what
action is appropriate.
8. Requests From Original Creators
Even where a third-party resource has been embedded or linked from a
publicly accessible source, VitalClik respects legitimate concerns raised
by original creators and rights holders.
If you are the creator or authorized rights holder of educational content
featured through VitalClik and you do not want that content included on
the platform, please contact us using the process described on this page.
After verifying the request where reasonably necessary, VitalClik may
remove, replace or disable access to the relevant material.
9. Content Hosted by Third Parties
In some cases, VitalClik may only provide a link or embed to content that
is actually hosted and controlled by another website or platform.
Removing the link or embed from VitalClik does not remove the original
content from the third-party platform.
If you want the original material removed from the service that hosts it,
you may also need to contact that platform or service directly.
10. Content Hosted Directly by VitalClik
Where disputed material is hosted directly on VitalClik rather than through
a third-party embed or external link, we may take appropriate steps to
investigate the material and restrict or remove it where warranted.
We may request additional evidence where necessary to determine ownership,
authorization or other relevant circumstances.
11. Misrepresentation and False Claims
Please do not knowingly submit false, misleading or fraudulent copyright
or content removal requests.
A requester should have a reasonable basis for claiming ownership,
authorization or infringement before submitting a request.
VitalClik may decline requests that do not contain sufficient information
to identify the content or establish a reasonable basis for review.
12. Repeat Copyright Concerns
Where appropriate, VitalClik may take additional action regarding accounts,
content or sources that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights
or platform rules.
Such action may include content removal, access restrictions or other
measures permitted under the VitalClik Terms & Conditions.
13. DMCA Notices
Where the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) applies
to a particular service, provider or request, a rights holder may submit
a notice containing the information required by applicable law.
VitalClik’s general copyright and content removal process is intended to
provide a practical way for rights holders to report concerns regardless
of whether a particular request falls under the DMCA.
Nothing on this page should be interpreted as representing that every
copyright matter involving VitalClik is governed by United States law.
14. Third-Party Platform Procedures
Third-party platforms used or referenced by VitalClik may maintain their
own copyright reporting systems and policies.
Where a copyright concern relates primarily to content hosted by a
third-party platform, the rights holder may also use the copyright
reporting procedure provided by that platform.
15. Privacy of Copyright Requests
Information submitted as part of a copyright or content removal request
may be used to investigate, document and respond to the request.
Relevant information may be shared where reasonably necessary with
service providers, affected parties, professional advisers or authorities,
subject to applicable law and legitimate requirements.
For more information about how VitalClik handles personal information,
please read our
Privacy Policy.
16. No Legal Advice
Information on this page is provided to explain VitalClik’s copyright and
content removal process.
It is not intended to provide legal advice or determine the legal rights
of any particular person.
If you are uncertain about your copyright or intellectual property rights,
you may wish to obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
17. Changes to This Policy
VitalClik may update this Copyright & Content Removal Policy where
necessary to reflect changes in our services, content practices, technology
or applicable requirements.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision
date.
