members to participate in Link Earnings and a direct affiliate referral program.
While these features may provide opportunities to earn, VitalClik does
not guarantee that any member will earn money or achieve any particular level
of income.
Please read this Earnings Disclaimer carefully before purchasing membership
or participating in any earning feature on VitalClik.
1. No Guaranteed Earnings
Joining VitalClik does not guarantee that you will earn money.
Any earnings you may receive depend on qualifying activity and the applicable
rules of the relevant VitalClik feature.
VitalClik does not guarantee:
- A particular amount of daily, weekly, monthly or annual income.
- A particular number of valid clicks.
- A particular amount of Link Earnings.
- Affiliate referrals or commissions.
- Website visitors, followers, customers or clients.
- Employment or business opportunities.
- Financial independence or business success.
2. VitalClik Is Not an Investment Scheme
VitalClik is a digital earning and learning platform. Membership is not an
investment, savings product, deposit account or financial investment scheme.
The one-time VitalClik membership payment provides access to eligible platform
features and services according to the applicable membership rules.
Paying the membership fee does not represent an investment of money from
which VitalClik promises or guarantees a financial return.
3. Link Earnings
VitalClik may allow eligible members to create and share monetized shortened
links.
Link Earnings are based on qualifying activity that successfully meets
VitalClik’s traffic validation and earning requirements.
Not every click, visit or interaction will necessarily qualify for earnings.
Traffic may be reviewed using automated and/or manual validation systems.
Activity considered invalid, artificial, duplicated, manipulated or otherwise
ineligible may not generate earnings.
4. Link Earnings Rates and Limits
VitalClik may establish rates, daily earning limits, traffic requirements,
country rates, validation rules and other conditions governing Link Earnings.
The current Link Earnings daily earning limit is
₦2,000 per member per day.
This is a maximum earning limit and not a promise that a member will
earn ₦2,000 per day.
A member may earn less than the daily limit or may earn nothing on a particular
day depending on qualifying traffic and other applicable conditions.
Rates, limits and qualification rules may be updated as operational,
advertising, fraud-prevention or business requirements change.
Current operational information will normally be displayed within the relevant
Link Earnings area of VitalClik.
5. Valid Traffic Is Required
Only eligible and validated traffic may qualify for Link Earnings.
Artificially generating clicks or traffic is prohibited.
Examples of prohibited activity include:
- Clicking your own monetized links to generate earnings.
- Using bots, scripts or automated clicking systems.
- Participating in click exchanges or click-for-click arrangements.
- Creating fake or manipulated traffic.
- Using multiple accounts to bypass earning limits.
- Repeatedly refreshing or manipulating links.
- Coordinating artificial clicking activity with other users.
- Attempting to interfere with VitalClik’s traffic validation systems.
Invalid activity may result in earnings being rejected, withheld, reversed
or adjusted and may also result in account restrictions or termination where appropriate.
6. Affiliate Earnings
VitalClik operates a direct affiliate referral program.
You may receive a referral commission when someone uses your referral link,
registers and completes a qualifying membership payment, subject to applicable
program and validation rules.
Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed.
Your affiliate results may depend on factors such as your audience, promotional
methods, marketing activity and whether referred users complete qualifying
membership payments.
A referral or commission may be rejected, withheld or reversed where the
underlying transaction is invalid, fraudulent, unauthorized, reversed or
otherwise fails the applicable qualification requirements.
7. Earnings Examples and Illustrations
VitalClik may occasionally provide examples, calculations, testimonials,
case studies or illustrations showing how an earning feature works.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such examples are provided for educational
or explanatory purposes and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee
that you will achieve the same or similar results.
For example, a calculation showing what someone could potentially earn from
a certain number of valid clicks or qualifying referrals demonstrates how
the calculation works. It does not guarantee that you will receive that
number of clicks, referrals or earnings.
8. Testimonials and Member Results
Testimonials, success stories or member experiences that may appear on
VitalClik or its promotional materials describe individual experiences and
should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed results.
Individual results can vary significantly.
9. Your Results Depend on Multiple Factors
Results may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
- Your effort and consistency
- Your skills and experience
- Your audience
- The quality and relevance of your content
- Your promotional methods
- Traffic volume and quality
- Traffic validation
- Affiliate conversions
- Market conditions
- Platform rules and earning limits
- Third-party services and external factors
VitalClik cannot control all of these factors.
10. Academy Training Does Not Guarantee Income
The VitalClik Digital Skills Academy provides access to educational resources
intended to help members learn and develop practical digital skills.
The Academy may include a combination of original VitalClik materials and
educational resources curated from third-party online sources.
Completing a course, watching a tutorial or learning a skill does not
guarantee that you will earn money, secure employment, attract clients,
build a successful business or achieve any particular financial result.
How you apply the knowledge and skills you learn may affect your individual
results.
11. Earnings May Be Reviewed
Amounts displayed within your VitalClik account may be subject to validation,
review and applicable withdrawal requirements.
Pending or unverified amounts should not be treated as final earnings until
the applicable validation process has been completed.
VitalClik may correct, reject, withhold or reverse amounts where there is
reasonable evidence of:
- Invalid traffic
- Artificial or manipulated activity
- Duplicate credits
- Technical or calculation errors
- Fraudulent transactions
- Reversed payments
- Violations of VitalClik rules
12. Withdrawals
A displayed earnings balance does not necessarily mean that the entire
balance is immediately available for withdrawal.
Withdrawals may be subject to applicable minimum amounts, schedules,
validation, available balances, account status, wallet transfer requirements
and other withdrawal rules.
Current withdrawal requirements are displayed within the relevant areas
of the platform.
13. Third-Party Factors
Some VitalClik services may depend on third-party providers such as payment
processors, advertising services, hosting providers, analytics services and
other technology providers.
Changes, interruptions, policies or decisions made by independent third
parties may sometimes affect platform operations or earning-related features.
VitalClik cannot guarantee the continued availability, rates or performance
of independent third-party services.

VitalClik may update earning rates, limits, validation requirements,
affiliate commissions, withdrawal rules or other operational conditions
when reasonably necessary.
Such changes may be made in response to factors including business
conditions, advertising revenue, fraud prevention, platform sustainability,
