Welcome to VitalClik.
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the VitalClik website,
membership services, Link Earnings features, Affiliate Earnings program,
Digital Skills Academy, and other services made available through VitalClik.
By registering for an account, purchasing membership, accessing the platform,
or using any VitalClik service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. About VitalClik
VitalClik is a digital earning and learning platform that provides practical
digital skills training, link monetization opportunities, and a direct
affiliate referral program.
VitalClik currently provides access to features including:
- Link Earnings
- Direct Affiliate Earnings
- Digital Skills Academy
- Member account and earnings tools
- Educational resources and guides
Features may be added, updated, replaced or discontinued as the platform develops.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register for and use VitalClik.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You meet the minimum age requirement.
- The information you provide is accurate and belongs to you.
- You will use VitalClik only for lawful purposes.
- You agree to comply with these Terms and applicable platform rules.
VitalClik may request reasonable information or verification where necessary
to protect accounts, process payments or withdrawals, investigate suspicious
activity, or comply with applicable requirements.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your VitalClik account
and login information.
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading registration information.
- Allow another person to use your account to evade platform rules.
- Create multiple accounts to manipulate earnings, referrals, limits, promotions or other platform features.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account where
reasonably attributable to your use or failure to protect your login credentials.
If you believe your account has been compromised, contact VitalClik Support
as soon as possible.
4. Membership
Access to VitalClik currently requires a
one-time membership payment of ₦3,000.
This is not a monthly subscription.
Membership provides access to eligible VitalClik features according to the
access rules applicable at the time.
Membership does not guarantee:
- Any particular amount of earnings
- A particular number of clicks
- Affiliate referrals
- Customers, followers or traffic
- Employment
- Business success
- Investment returns
VitalClik is not an investment scheme, savings product or guaranteed-income program.
Any future separately priced product or service will be clearly identified
before purchase.
5. Membership Fees and Payments
You are responsible for providing accurate information when making payments.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms,
privacy practices and transaction requirements may also apply.
If you are charged incorrectly, experience a duplicate payment, or have another
genuine payment problem, contact VitalClik Support with the relevant transaction
details.
Refund eligibility is governed by the VitalClik
Refund Policy.
6. Link Earnings
VitalClik may allow eligible members to create monetized shortened links and
potentially earn from qualifying activity associated with those links.
Creating or receiving clicks on a link does not automatically mean that the
activity qualifies for earnings.
Only activity that meets VitalClik’s validation requirements may qualify.
VitalClik may use automated and/or manual systems to review traffic and identify
potentially invalid, artificial, duplicated, manipulated or abusive activity.
7. Valid and Invalid Link Activity
VitalClik is designed to reward genuine traffic. You must not attempt to
artificially generate or increase Link Earnings.
Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:
- Clicking your own monetized links for the purpose of generating earnings.
- Using bots or automated clicking tools.
- Using scripts, software or automated systems to create artificial traffic.
- Participating in click exchanges or coordinated click-for-click arrangements.
- Paying or rewarding people solely to generate artificial clicks.
- Repeatedly refreshing or manipulating links to generate earnings.
- Creating multiple accounts to bypass earning limits or validation systems.
- Misleading users about where a link will take them.
- Generating fake, fraudulent or otherwise manipulated traffic.
- Attempting to interfere with VitalClik’s tracking, validation or anti-abuse systems.
Traffic identified as invalid may be excluded from earnings.
Associated earnings may be rejected, withheld, reversed or adjusted where
reasonably necessary following validation or investigation.
Serious or repeated violations may result in restrictions, account suspension
or termination.
8. Link Earnings Limits and Rates
VitalClik may apply earning limits, traffic limits, validation rules, country
rates or other controls to Link Earnings.
The current Link Earnings daily earning limit is displayed within the relevant
Link Earnings area and is currently
₦2,000 per member per day.
Rates, limits, validation rules and qualifying conditions may be updated as
operational, advertising, fraud-prevention or business requirements change.
Where practical, current operational rates and limits will be displayed within
the relevant area of the platform.
A displayed rate or limit does not guarantee that a member will earn that amount.
9. Permitted Links and Content
You are responsible for the destination links and content you choose to promote
through VitalClik.
You must not knowingly use VitalClik to distribute or promote content that:
- Is unlawful.
- Infringes intellectual property rights.
- Contains malware or malicious software.
- Is intended for phishing, fraud or impersonation.
- Facilitates scams or deception.
- Promotes illegal products or services.
- Contains prohibited sexually exploitative content.
- Encourages serious harm or illegal activity.
- Otherwise violates applicable law or VitalClik rules.
VitalClik may block or remove links reasonably believed to violate these requirements.
10. Direct Affiliate Referral Program
VitalClik operates a direct affiliate referral program.
You may receive a referral commission when someone uses your referral link,
registers, and completes a qualifying membership payment, subject to applicable
validation and program rules.
Affiliate commissions are not guaranteed.
A referral may be rejected, withheld or reversed where, for example:
- The qualifying payment fails or is reversed.
- The transaction is fraudulent or unauthorized.
- The referral was artificially manipulated.
- Multiple accounts were used to create false referrals.
- The referral otherwise fails the applicable qualification requirements.
The current commission amount and applicable conditions may be displayed within
the Affiliate area.
VitalClik may update affiliate commission amounts or program conditions when
reasonably necessary.
11. Affiliate Promotion Rules
When promoting VitalClik, you must represent the platform accurately.
You must not:
- Guarantee earnings or income.
- Describe VitalClik as an investment opportunity.
- Claim that membership guarantees financial returns.
- Make false or misleading claims about VitalClik.
- Impersonate VitalClik or claim to be an official representative unless authorized.
- Use spam, fraudulent advertising or deceptive marketing.
- Create fake testimonials or fabricated earnings claims.
- Misrepresent the membership fee, features or referral program.
You are responsible for complying with the rules of any third-party platform
you use to promote your referral link.
12. Digital Skills Academy and Curated Content
VitalClik membership may provide access to educational courses, tutorials,
guides and other learning resources through the Digital Skills Academy.
The Academy may contain a combination of original VitalClik materials and
educational content curated from third-party online sources.
Third-party videos, tutorials and other materials remain the property of
their respective creators, publishers or rights holders. Inclusion or
organization of third-party educational content within VitalClik does not
transfer ownership of that content to VitalClik.
Where third-party content is embedded or linked from its original or
authorized source, use of that content may also be subject to the terms,
policies and availability rules of the relevant third-party platform or
content provider.
VitalClik may organize or categorize curated educational resources to make
them easier for members to discover and follow as part of a structured
learning experience.
Third-party content may be changed, restricted, removed or made unavailable
by its creator, rights holder or hosting platform. VitalClik therefore
cannot guarantee the permanent availability of every third-party resource.
Available courses, instructors, videos, resources, formats and lessons may
change over time. VitalClik may add, update, reorganize, replace or remove
learning materials as the Academy develops.
Educational content is provided for learning purposes and does not guarantee
employment, clients, income, business success or any particular result.
13. Intellectual Property
VitalClik owns or has the appropriate rights to use its original branding,
website design, written materials, graphics, platform features and other
original content, subject to applicable intellectual property laws.
The VitalClik Digital Skills Academy may also include educational videos,
tutorials and other resources created and owned by third parties.
Third-party content remains the intellectual property of its respective
creator, publisher or rights holder. VitalClik does not claim ownership of
third-party content merely because it is curated, organized, embedded or
linked through the platform.
Where third-party content is embedded or linked from an external platform,
the content may also be subject to the terms, copyright rules and usage
conditions of the relevant content provider or hosting platform.
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of VitalClik and third
parties and must not unlawfully copy, download, reproduce, redistribute,
resell or commercially exploit protected materials.
If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that
content available through VitalClik infringes your rights or should not be
included on the platform, you may submit a content removal request through
our designated copyright and content removal process.

14. Earnings Balances
Amounts displayed in your VitalClik account may be subject to validation,
review, adjustment or applicable withdrawal requirements.
A displayed pending amount should not be treated as final until the relevant
validation process has been completed.
VitalClik may review and correct balances where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Invalid traffic
- Duplicate credits
- Technical errors
- Fraudulent activity
- Reversed transactions
- Incorrect calculations
- Violations of these Terms
VitalClik will not knowingly remove valid earnings arbitrarily.
15. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are subject to the applicable:
- Minimum withdrawal amount
- Withdrawal schedule
- Account status
- Verification requirements
- Available balance
- Review requirements
- Payment method requirements
Certain earnings may need to be transferred to the appropriate withdrawal
wallet before they can be withdrawn, depending on the wallet structure in use.
Withdrawal rules and available options will be displayed within the relevant
account area.
VitalClik may temporarily delay a withdrawal where reasonable verification
or investigation is required.
16. Account Reviews, Restrictions and PND
VitalClik may review accounts to protect members and the platform from fraud,
abuse, payment disputes and manipulation.
Where reasonably necessary, VitalClik may temporarily restrict an account or
apply a Post No Debit (PND) restriction that prevents withdrawals
or transfers while an issue is investigated.
This may occur where there is suspected:
- Fraud
- Invalid traffic
- Account compromise
- Payment irregularity
- Artificial referral activity
- Manipulation of earnings
- Serious violation of these Terms
A restriction does not necessarily mean that a final determination has been made.
17. Suspension and Termination
VitalClik may restrict, suspend or terminate access where a member seriously
or repeatedly violates these Terms, abuses platform systems, engages in
fraudulent activity, creates a security risk, or uses the platform for unlawful
purposes.
Where appropriate, VitalClik may investigate before taking final action.
Termination does not create an entitlement to earnings generated through
invalid, fraudulent or prohibited activity.
Any treatment of legitimate remaining balances will be subject to applicable
verification, payment obligations and these Terms.
18. Third-Party Services and Links
VitalClik may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors,
advertising services, video platforms, analytics providers and other external
websites or tools.
VitalClik does not control every aspect of these third-party services.
Your use of a third-party service may also be governed by that provider’s own
terms and privacy policies.
VitalClik is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services
outside its reasonable control.
19. Service Availability
VitalClik aims to keep the platform available and functioning properly, but
uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Hosting or network problems
- Security incidents
- Third-party service failures
- Technical errors
- Events outside VitalClik’s reasonable control
VitalClik may modify or maintain platform features when reasonably necessary.
20. No Guaranteed Earnings
VitalClik provides opportunities and tools that members may use, but results vary.
Your results may depend on factors including:
- Your effort
- Your skills
- Your audience
- Traffic quality
- Validated clicks
- Referral activity
- Market conditions
- Platform rules
- Third-party factors
VitalClik does not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount of money
or earn money at all.

21. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, VitalClik will not be responsible
for indirect or consequential losses resulting from circumstances outside its
reasonable control or from a user’s misuse of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or liabilities
that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Privacy
Your use of VitalClik is also subject to our
Privacy Policy, which explains how personal
information is collected, used, stored and otherwise handled.
You should review the Privacy Policy together with these Terms.
23. Changes to VitalClik
VitalClik may update its features, membership structure, earning rates,
earning limits, affiliate arrangements, Academy content, technical systems
or other operational aspects as the platform develops.
Changes will not be applied for the purpose of arbitrarily removing already
validated legitimate earnings.
Where a change materially affects members, VitalClik may provide notice through
the website, member dashboard, email or another appropriate communication channel.
24. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes in VitalClik
services, laws, security requirements, payment arrangements or business operations.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Where required or appropriate, additional notice may be provided for material changes.
Your continued use of VitalClik after updated Terms take effect constitutes
acceptance of those Terms, subject to applicable law.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the
Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory
rights that may apply under applicable consumer or other laws.
